Winter has come to the Coast
I just can't believe what we woke up to this morning....snow! It did snow abit yesterday but nothing stuck. I just love how everything seems to be so quiet with a blanket of snow. The craft fair went amazingly well and all the sock monkeys found new homes, and I only have 2 mermaids left. Alot of the mermaids were sold to woman who bought them for themselves! A few of them call the mermaids sea goddesses, we are all goddesses after all! I am going to force myself to take a brake from sewing this week and do some things around the house that I have neglected while making mermaids and monkeys (although I have some really cool socks that are just itching to be turned into monkeys). I just can't wait to decorate for Christmas this year, maybe it's the fact that Barb and my mom will be here or maybe the snow has just made it seem more Christmas like! Must get bundled up and take a walk to the beach with the camera!

Yup...snow here, too! Em's friend was to fly over this morning to stay for the week and help with last minute packing, but the float plane has been put on hold until visibility improves.
Fabulous snow photos you posted on flickr...you do have a way with that camera!
